چکیده

نوجوانی به واسطه برخی تغییرات زیستی، روانی و اجتماعی با گرایش به انواع رفتارهای پرخطرهمراه بوده است؛ هدف از پژوهش بررسی روابط علی کنترل روانشناختی والدین و ذهن آگاهی با رفتارهای پرخطر نوجوانان با نقش میانجی خود تنظیمی هیجانی بود. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل دانش آموزان دوره اول متوسطه‌ی شهر زنجان می‌باشند که تعداد آن‌ها 46000 هزار نفر بود و با توجه به جدول کرجسی و مورگان و با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحله ای از طریق فضای مجازی به خاطر عدم کلاس حضوری دانش آموزان نمونه ای به حجم 403 نفراز هر دو جنس انتخاب ( 214 نفر در گروه دختران و 189 نفر در گروه پسران) شد، و به صورت مجازی به پرسشنامه خطرپذیری نوجوانان ایرانی، (IARS) خود تنظیمی عاطفی(MARS) ،مقیاس کنترل روانشناختی وابسته مدار و پیشرفت مدار والدین (DAPCS)و پرسشنامه ذهن آگاهی( MFQ) ، پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش آماری مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان دادند که خود تنظیمی هیجانی رابطه بین کنترل روانشناختی والدین و ذهن آگاهی و رفتارهای پرخطر را میانجی‌گری می‌کند. همچنین اثر مستقیم کنترل روانشناختی والدین، ذهن آگاهی و خودتنظیمی هیجانی با رفتارهای پرخطر و اثر خود تنظیمی هیجانی با کنترل روانشناختی والدین و ذهن آگاهی معنادار بود. بر اساس یافته ها می توان نتیجه گرفت حمایت و کنترل خانواده نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از گرایش به رفتارهای پرخطر دارد. همچنین تجهیز دانش آموزان به مهارت‌های فردی همچون ذهن آگاهی و خودتنظیمی هیجانی می تواند در پیشگیری به انجام رفتارهای پرخطر موثر باشد.

چکیده [English]

Adolescence due to some changes Biological, psychological and social with a tendency to a variety of risky behaviors. The aim of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between parental psychological control and mindfulness with high-risk behaviors of adolescents with mediating the role of emotional self-regulation. The statistical population includes junior high school students in Zanjan, whose number was 46,000 and according to Krejcie and Morgan table and using multi-stage cluster random sampling method. Through cyberspace, due to the lack of face-to-face class, a sample of 403 students of both sexes was selected (of which 214 were in the girls 'group and 189 were in the boys' group) and Virtually, they responded to the Iranian Adolescent Risk Questionnaire (IARS), the Emotional Self-Regulation Questionnaire (MARS), the Dependent Oriented Parental Control Scale (DAPCS), and the Mindfulness Questionnaire (MFQ).Statistical method of structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. Findings showed that emotional self-regulation mediates the relationship between parental psychological control and mindfulness and high-risk behaviors. Also, the direct effect of parental psychological control, mindfulness and emotional self-regulation with high-risk behaviors and the direct effect of emotional self-regulation with psychological control of parents and mindfulness were significant. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that family support and control play an important role in preventing the tendency to high-risk behaviors. Equipping students with individual skills such as mindfulness and emotional self-regulation can also be effective in preventing high-risk behaviors.
