چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری با درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر تاب آوری و کیفیت زندگی زنان قربانی خشونت خانگی شهر کرمانشاه بود. طرح تحقیق این پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی به شیوه پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری را زنان قربانی خشونت خانگی شهر کرمانشاه که در نیمه اول سال 1400 به مراکز مشاوره مراجعه کرده بودند، تشکیل داده است. از بین آنان که بصورت داوطلبانه و از طریق فراخوان جهت شرکت در این دوره ثبت نام کرده بودند 45 نفر به شیوه تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل بر اساس معیار ورود و خروج پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه  تاب­آوری  (RSA) فرایبورگ و همکاران  و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی (WHOQOL-BREF). مداخلات دو گروه به صورت گروهی به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای و دو بار در هفته اجرا شد. داده­ها با نرم­افزار SPSS-26 و آزمون‌های آماری تحلیل کواریانس تک متغیری و آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی با مقدار احتمال 05/0 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که درمان شناختی رفتاری و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد به طور معنی­داری بر تاب­آوری و کیفیت زندگی زنان قربانی خشونت خانگی اثربخش بوده­اند (05/0<P). همچنین تفاوت معناداری بین دو درمان مشاهده نشد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می­توان گفت از این روش­های درمانی می­تواند در در محیط­های مشاوره و روان درمانی خانواده استفاده کرد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy with acceptance and commitment therapy on resilience and quality of life of women victims of domestic violence in Kermanshah. The research design of this study was quasi-experimental with pre-test-post-test with a control group. The statistical population consists of women victims of domestic violence in Kermanshah who referred to counseling centers in 2021. Among those who had voluntarily registered through the call to participate in this course, 45 people were randomly selected in the experimental and control groups based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study. The research tools include Resilience Questionnaire (RSA) and Quality of Life Questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF). The interventions of the two groups were performed in groups for 8 sessions of 90 minutes twice a week. Data were analyzed using SPSS-26 software and statistical tests of univariate analysis of covariance and Benferoni post hoc test with a probability value of 0.05. The results showed that cognitive-behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy the control group were significantly effective on resilience and quality of life of women victims of domestic violence (P<0.05). Also, no significant difference was observed between the two treatments. According to the research results, it can be said that these treatment methods can be used in family counseling and psychotherapy environments.
