چکیده

چکیده: اندیشه تشکیل خانواده، نیل به آرامش روان و امنیت درون و تجربه خوشبختی حقیقی است و رضایت زناشویی یک گام مهم در نیل به این آرامش است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی خانواده‌محور بر پایه الگوی اسلامی ایرانی بر رضایت زناشویی بود. طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع شبه آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. تعداد 40 زوج در این پژوهش شرکت کردند و در دو گروه آزمایش (20 زوج) و کنترل (20 زوج) گمارده شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش مقیاس رضایت زناشویی افروز (AMSS) بود. مداخله آموزشی برای گروه آزمایش در طی 10 جلسه یک‌و نیم‌ساعته و هفته‌ای یک‌بار اجرا شد. تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در افزایش رضایت زناشویی در مراحل پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و نیز پیگیری وجود دارد. بر این اساس، برنامه خانواده‌محور بر پایه الگوی اسلامی ایرانی در افزایش رضایت زناشویی موثر است. نتایج پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند به درک نقش مهمی که مهارت‌های ارتباطی، خودآگاهی، ارتباط جنسی، کنترل خشم، حل مساله، مثبت‌اندیشی، فرزندپروری و مهارت مدیریت زمان با تاکید بر الگوی اسلامی ایرانی در بهبود رضایت زناشویی ایفا می‌کنند، کمک کند. آموزش این برنامه در مراکز مشاوره برای زوجین پیشنهاد می‌شود.

Abstract: Thinking of making a family is reaching at psychological peace and internal safety and experience of true happiness; and marital satisfaction is an important step for receiving this peace. The objective of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of Family­- based psychological program on the basis of Islamic Iranian Pattern in marital satisfaction. The study was a quasi- experimental research with pre- test, post- test and follow up with control group. The participants of this study were 40 couples assigned to experimental (n = 20) and control (n = 20) groups. The instrument used in this study was Afrooz Marital Satisfaction Scale (AMSS). The experimental group experienced ten (90-minutes) sessions of instructional intervention held once a week. The results demonstrated that there was a significant difference between experimental and control groups in improving marital satisfaction in pre-test, post-test and follow up steps. The Family­­-based program on the basis of Islamic Iranian Pattern has been effective in improving marital satisfaction. The findings of this study point to the key role of communication skills, self- consciousness, sex relationships, anger management, problem- solving, positive thinking, parenting and time management in the Islamic Iranian pattern and it,s effect on marital satisfaction. This program is recommended for training couples in counseling centers.
