چکیده

چکیده: در عصر حاضر به‌دلیل گسترش ارتباطات و افزایش مهاجرت، تشکیل خانواده و ازدواج نیز تحت تاثیر قرار گرفته است و شاهد افزایش ازدواج‌های بین‌فرهنگی هستیم. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی زوج‌درمانی مبتنی بر پویایی‌های فرهنگی بر تعارض زناشویی زوج‌های با فرهنگ متفاوت انجام گرفت. روش این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون-پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. نمونه پژوهش حاضر را 16 زوج بین‌فرهنگی مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره استان اصفهان تشکیل دادند که به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. متغیر وابسته در این پژوهش تعارض زناشویی بود که با پرسشنامه تعارض زناشویی ثنایی و براتی (MCQ) ارزیابی شد. متغیر مستقل نیز زوج‌درمانی مبتنی بر پویایی‌های فرهنگی بود که طی 8 جلسه به‌صورت زوجی برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که زوج‌درمانی مبتنی بر پویایی‌های فرهنگی بر تعارض زناشویی زوجین دارای ازدواج بین‌فرهنگی موثر است و میزان آن را کاهش داده است. نتایج به‌دست آمده حاکی از آن است که آموزش‌های مناسب در قالب زوج‌درمانی مبتنی بر پویایی‌های فرهنگی می‌تواند نگرانی‌های زوجین دارای ازدواج بین‌فرهنگی را کاهش دهد و منجر به کاهش تعارض زناشویی آنان شود.

Abstract: In the present age, due to the expansion of communication and the increase in immigration, family formation and marriage have also been affected, and we are witnessing an increase in intercultural marriages. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of intercultural couple therapy on intercultural couple’s marital conflict in Isfahan. The research procedure was quasi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and follow-up design with control group. Statistical population consisted of 16 couples referring to counseling centers of Isfahan, who were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The depended variable was marital conflict that was assessed through a marital conflict questionnaire. The independent variable was intercultural couple therapy that was performed for the experimental group in 8 sessions. The results showed that intercultural couple therapy decreased marital conflict of intercultural couples. These findings revealed that suitable training in the form of intercultural couple therapy can reduce couples' psychological worries and decrease their marital conflict.
