Adolescence due to some changes Biological, psychological and social with a tendency to a variety of risky behaviors. The aim of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between parental psychological control and mindfulness with high-risk behaviors of adolescents with mediating the role of emotional self-regulation. The statistical population includes junior high school students in Zanjan, whose number was 46,000 and according to Krejcie and Morgan table and using multi-stage cluster random sampling method. Through cyberspace, due to the lack of face-to-face class, a sample of 403 students of both sexes was selected (of which 214 were in the girls 'group and 189 were in the boys' group) and Virtually, they responded to the Iranian Adolescent Risk Questionnaire (IARS), the Emotional Self-Regulation Questionnaire (MARS), the Dependent Oriented Parental Control Scale (DAPCS), and the Mindfulness Questionnaire (MFQ).Statistical method of structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. Findings showed that emotional self-regulation mediates the relationship between parental psychological control and mindfulness and high-risk behaviors. Also, the direct effect of parental psychological control, mindfulness and emotional self-regulation with high-risk behaviors and the direct effect of emotional self-regulation with psychological control of parents and mindfulness were significant. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that family support and control play an important role in preventing the tendency to high-risk behaviors. Equipping students with individual skills such as mindfulness and emotional self-regulation can also be effective in preventing high-risk behaviors.

: Marital conflict is a growing phenomenon that causes great harm to societies. This study aimed to model marital conflicts based on the acceptance and action and beliefs and thoughts of couples mediated by mindfulness. The present study was descriptive-correlational and structural equation modeling. A total of 270 married women referring to counseling centers in Ardabil were selected by simple random sampling method and were asked to use the Marital Conflict Questionnaire (MCQ), Acceptance and Action Questionnaire - Second Edition (AAQ-II), Couples Beliefs Scale (CBT), and Five-Dimensional Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ). The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results showed that the variables of acceptance and action and beliefs and thoughts of couples have a negative and significant direct effect on marital conflicts. Mindfulness has a direct negative and significant effect on marital conflicts. Also, acceptance and action and beliefs and thoughts of couples in addition to direct impact, have a negative and significant indirect effect on marital conflicts through mindfulness which was observed according to the obtained result for VAF statistics. 37.4% of the effect of couples' beliefs and thoughts on marital conflict and 29% of the effect of acceptance and action on marital conflict can be explained through mindfulness. The findings of this study showed that mindfulness as a mediating variable can explain the relationship between marital conflicts, acceptance and action, and the beliefs and thoughts of couples, and acceptance and action, beliefs and thoughts of couples reduce marital conflicts. According to the obtained results, family experts can reduce the rate of marital conflicts by emphasizing the increase of competencies related to acceptance and practice, couples 'beliefs, and mindfulness, and consequently lead to a sustainable continuation of couples' lives.

Mindfulness-based stress reduction is a group program that uses a combination of mindfulness meditation, body awareness and Yoga asanas with the aim of increasing mindfulness. The purpose of the present study was to examine the effectiveness of mindfulness-based stress reduction training on mother-child conflict and bullying in single mother-headed adolescents in Ahvaz. The research method was experimental with pretest-posttest and one month follow-up with control group design. In this research 30 mother-headed students from among all the students in the academic year of 2017-2018, selected and were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (15 persons per group). The experimental group received 8 sessions with 90 minutes of the training of mindfulness-based stress reduction and the control group did not receive any intervention. Both groups completed the parent-child conflict scale (PCC) and Illinois bullying scale (IBS) in three stages of pre-test, post-test and follow-up. Finding showed a significant difference between performance of both experimental and control groups in the scores of parent-child conflict and bullying in post-test and follow-up stages. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that training program of mindfulness-based stress reduction is effective in reducing parent-child conflict and bullying among single mother-headed adolescents. Regarding the effectiveness of training, implementation of such educational programs by Psychologists, school counselors and other family therapists is recommended.

Among the factors causing conflicts between the couple are the subjects and underlying of their thoughts. In other words, when the couple has their own thoughts and special mental patterns, they may face conflicts in their communication with each other. On this basis, the present research was conducted aiming at determining the effectiveness of training Feldman's integrated approach on the increase of mindfulness and decrease of marital conflicts of the couple. The research was an experimental research of pretest-posttest type with a control group. For this purpose, 10 couples who were eligible for the conditions intended by the researcher were selected and they were then placed in two groups, namely test and witness groups. The test group was then influenced by Feldman integrated approach during 8 sessions each for 90-120 minutes. Mindfulness scale (FFMQ) and Marital Conflict Questionnaire (MCQ) were executed as research instruments in both groups during three stages, namely pretest, posttest and follow-up). The findings obtained from data analysis indicated that there is a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores of test and control groups. It means that training Feldman's integrated approach has increased mindfulness and has decreased marital conflicts of the couples and this effect is durable over time. Considering the findings of the present research, it can be concluded that Feldman's integrated approach can be used by couple therapists and family therapists as one of the interventional procedures.
