نقش واسطهای مشکلات بینشخصی در رابطه بین سبکهای والدگری و مشکلات زناشویی
چکیده: تعاملهای بین اعضای خانواده در کودکی، بهویژه رابطه والدین- کودک، بر چگونگی رفتار افراد در روابط بینشخصی در بزرگسالی تأثیر میگذارد. کیفیت روابط زوجین از سبکهای والدگری و مشکلات بینشخصی برخاسته از آنها تأثیر میپذیرد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش واسطهای مشکلات بینشخصی در رابطه بین سبکهای والدگری و مشکلات زناشویی بود. تعداد 249 زن و مرد تهرانی (93 مرد، 156 زن) مراجعهکننده به دادگاههای خانواده در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. شرکتکنندگان، پرسشنامه اقتدار والدین (PAQ)، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه مشکلات بینشخصی (30IIP < /span>-) و مقیاس وضعیت زناشویی گلومبوک- راست (GRIMS) را تکمیل کردند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین سبک والدگری مقتدرانه والدین و مشکلات زناشویی فرزندان رابطه منفی معنادار و بین سبک والدگری آمرانه و مشکلات زناشویی فرزندان رابطه مثبت معنادار وجود دارد. نتایج پژوهش، رابطه بین سبک والدگری سهلگیرانه و مشکلات زناشویی را منفی اما غیر معنادار نشان داد. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، مشکلات بینشخصی با مشکلات زناشویی رابطه مثبت معنادار داشت. تحلیلهای آماری همچنین نشان داد که مشکلات بینشخصی در رابطه بین سبکهای والدگری و مشکلات زناشویی فرزندان نقش واسطهای دارند. بر اساس یافتههای این پژوهش، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که بعضی از سبکهای والدگری ممکن است باعث شکلگیری مشکلات بینشخصی شوند و از طریق مشکلات بینشخصی در مراحل بعدی زندگی زمینه مشکلات زناشویی و نارضایتیهای زوجین و خانوادهها را فراهم سازند.

طراحی و آزمون مدلی برای اضطراب کودکان بر اساس متغیرهای والد و کودک
چکیده: اضطراب دوران کودکی بهعنوان یکی از عوامل موثر در رشد و عمکلرد، از عوامل متعدد محیطی و ارتباطی تاثیر میپذیرد. ازجمله این عوامل میتوان به ویژگیهای شخصیتی، حساسیت اضطراب، سوگیری شناختی کودک، باورهای اضطرابی والدین و رابطه والد-کودک اشاره نمود. بنابراین هدف اصلی این پژوهش مدلسازی ساختاری اضطراب کودکان براساس متغیرهای والد و کودک بود. در این پژوهش 279 دانشآموز (150 دختر، 129 پسر) 12-11 ساله مدارس شهر تبریز انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامههای شخصیت آیزنگ نوجوانان (JEPQ)، حساسیت اضطراب (CASI)، سوگیری شناختی (CDS) و نشانههای اضطراب (MASQ) را کودکان تکمیل نمودند. همچنین والدین نیز پرسشنامههای رابطه والد-کودک (CPRS) و باورهای اضطرابی والدین (PABQ) را تکمیل نمودند. نتایج در بخش تحلیلی دادهها نشان داد ویژگیهای شخصیتی کودک، رابطه والد-کودک و باورهای والدین به واسطه سوگیری شناختی و حساسیت اضطراب پیشبین معناداری برای نشانههای اضطراب کودک هستند. شاخص برازندگی تطبیقی (05/0 = RMSEA) و متوسط باقیمانده استانداردشده (95/0 = CFI) مطلوبی بهدست آمد. این مدل مشخص ساخت که متغیرهای شخصیت، حساسیت اضطراب و سوگیری شناختی کودک و همچنین رابطه والد-کودک و باورهای والدین مسیرهای مهمی در اضطراب کودک هستند و در زمینه عللیابی و درمان اضطراب کودکان باید به این مولفهها نیز توجه نمود.

رابطه استرس والدینی با سلامت روان و کیفیت زندگی در مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به دیابت نوع یک
چکیده: شیوع بیماری دیابت نوع یک در کل جهان در حال افزایش است. ابتلای کودک به دیابت، سیستم خانواده را با فشارها و تنشهای فراوانی مواجه کرده و بهویژه مادر بهعنوان مراقب اصلی چالشهای عاطفی، روانی و اجتماعی زیادی را تجربه میکند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه استرس والدینی با سلامت روانی و کیفیت زندگی مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به دیابت بود. به این منظور 107 مادر دارای فرزند مبتلا به دیابت از بین مراجعهکنندگان به انجمن دیابت تهران انتخاب شدند و فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه استرس والدینی آبیدین (PSI- SF)، نسخه ایرانی پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی (WHOQOL) و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی گلدنبرگ (GHQ) را تکمیل کردند. دادهها به روش همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون ساده مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتابج پژوهش نشان داد که متغیر استرس والدینی با هر دو متغیرهای کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روان و زیرمقیاسهای آنها رابطه منفی معناداری دارد. همینطور استرس والدینی توانایی پیشبینی کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روان مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به دیابت را دارا است. با توجه به یافتههای این پژوهش استرس والدینی سهم قابل توجهی از کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روان مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به دیابت را تعیین میکند. بنابراین پیشنهاد میشود برنامههایی جهت کاهش استرس والدینی بهمنظور بهبود کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روان مادران طراحی و اجرا شود.

اثربخشی زوجدرمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر صمیمیت و بخشش زوجها
چکیده: صمیمت و بخشش از جمله مولفههای مهم یک ازدواج سالم محسوب میشود. بخشش یک فرایند درون فردی است که میتواند منجر به افزایش صمیمیت بین زوجین شود . هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر بخشی زوجدرمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر صمیمیت و بخشش زوجین بود. در این پژوهش از طرح آزمایشی تک موردی از نوع خط پایه چندگانه ناهمزمان استفاده شد. نمونه شامل 4 زوج (8 نفر) بودند. از شرکتکنندگان خواسته شد تا مقیاس صمیمیت (IS) واکر و تامپسون و مقیاس بخشش خانواده (FFS) پولارد و همکاران را تکمیل کنند. زوجین در یک برنامه زوجی 10 جلسهای 90 دقیقهای شرکت کردند. نتایج نشان داد که زوجدرمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد میتواند با استفاده از انعطافپذیری شناختی موجب افرایش صمیمیت و بخشش زوجین شود.

ارزیابی ویژگیهایی روانسنجی مقیاس شیوههای فرزندپروری ارجمندنیا
چکیده: هر خانواده روشهای ویژهای را در تربیت فردی و اجتماعی فرزندان خویش بهکار میگیرد که به این روشها شیوههای فرزندپروری گفته میشود. این شیوه ها الگوهایی از پرورش فرزندان است که از تعامل بهنجار والدین و پاسخ آنها به رفتار فرزندان شکل میگیرد. برای ارزیابی این شیوه ها ابزارها و مقیاس های مختلفی طراحی شده است. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی ویژگیهای روانسنجی مقیاس شیوههای فرزندپروری ارجمندنیا (شفا) در نمونهای از خانوادههای دارای فرزند کمتوان ذهنی انجام شد. این پژوهش کاربردی از منظر روششناختی در دسته پژوهشهای توصیفی-همبستگی قرار میگیرد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیه والدین دارای فرزند کمتوان ذهنی ساکن شهر تهران بودند که از بین آنها 300 نفر با مراجعه به مدارس آموزشی و مراکز نگهداری کودکان کمتوان ذهنی انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه شیوههای فرزندپروری ارجمندنیا (شفا) و مقیاس سبک فرزندپروری بامریند (BPS) گردآوری شد. دادههای گردآوری شده تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافتههای مربوط به تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان از روایی سازه مدل 5 عاملی مقیاس داشت و شاخصهای همسانی درونی (آلفای کرونباخ و تتای ترتیبی) و همچنین نتایج روش دونیمه کردن و بازآزمایی، حکایت از پایایی مطلوب این مقیاس و مؤلفههای آن داشت. یافتهها تأیید میکنند مقیاس شیوههای فرزندپروری ارجمندنیا (شفا) دارای ویژگیهای روانسنجی مطلوبی است و بهطور کلی میتواند در جامعه ایرانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

اثربخشی زوجدرمانی مبتنی بر پویاییهای بینفرهنگی بر تعارض زناشویی زوجین با فرهنگهای متفاوت
چکیده: در عصر حاضر بهدلیل گسترش ارتباطات و افزایش مهاجرت، تشکیل خانواده و ازدواج نیز تحت تاثیر قرار گرفته است و شاهد افزایش ازدواجهای بینفرهنگی هستیم. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی زوجدرمانی مبتنی بر پویاییهای فرهنگی بر تعارض زناشویی زوجهای با فرهنگ متفاوت انجام گرفت. روش این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون-پسآزمون-پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. نمونه پژوهش حاضر را 16 زوج بینفرهنگی مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره استان اصفهان تشکیل دادند که بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. متغیر وابسته در این پژوهش تعارض زناشویی بود که با پرسشنامه تعارض زناشویی ثنایی و براتی (MCQ) ارزیابی شد. متغیر مستقل نیز زوجدرمانی مبتنی بر پویاییهای فرهنگی بود که طی 8 جلسه بهصورت زوجی برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. یافتهها نشان داد که زوجدرمانی مبتنی بر پویاییهای فرهنگی بر تعارض زناشویی زوجین دارای ازدواج بینفرهنگی موثر است و میزان آن را کاهش داده است. نتایج بهدست آمده حاکی از آن است که آموزشهای مناسب در قالب زوجدرمانی مبتنی بر پویاییهای فرهنگی میتواند نگرانیهای زوجین دارای ازدواج بینفرهنگی را کاهش دهد و منجر به کاهش تعارض زناشویی آنان شود.

تدوین برنامه ارتقای کیفیت زندگی و بررسی اثربخشی آن در سلامت روان و رضایت زناشویی مادران دارای دختران با نشانگان داون
چکیده: کیفیت زندگی مفهومی ذهنی و چندبعدی است که بسیاری از جنبههای زندگی فردی و اجتماعی را شامل میشود. سلامت روان و رضامندی زوجیت نیز دو مولفه مهم کیفیت زندگی هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و آموزش برنامه ارتقای کیفیت زندگی و ارزشیابی اثربخشی آن در سلامت روان و رضامندی زوجیت مادران دختران آهستهگام با نشانگان داون انجام گرفت. طرح پژوهش حاضر شبهآزمایشی و از نوع پیشآزمون، پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. تعداد 60 نفر از مادران، انتخاب و سپس در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. به گروه آزمایش طی دوازده جلسه، برنامه آموزش ارتقای کیفیت زندگی محقق ساخته ارائه شد و گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکردند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه سنجش سلامت روان (SCL-90-R) و جهت سنجش رضامندی زوجیت از پرسشنامه رضامندی زوجیت افروز (AMSS) استفاده شد. برنامه در 10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای طراحی شد و این جلسات به مدت 5 هفته ارائه شد. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین نمرات درگروه آزمایش بهطور معناداری بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود. نتایج پژوهش حاضر میتواند به درک نقش مهمی که برنامه کیفیت زندگی در ارتقا سلامت روان و رضامندی زوجیت مادران دختران آهستهگام با نشانگان داون ایفا میکند کمک کند و مورد استفاده مشاوران مدرسه و روانشناسان قرار گیرد.
