Most studies in this area have been focused on retrospective reports of BPD patients about their childhood environment. Due to limitations of this type of studies and the lack of in-depth study on the family environment of these individuals, the present study was conducted to discover and describe parenting in families with offspring suffering from BPD. A qualitative study design using a content analysis approach was used to gather and analyze data. A Purposive sample of family members of BPD patients was made. Data were collected by conducting fifteen in-depth unstructured interviews. The recorded interviews were transcribed and data analysis was done by coding and categorizing strategies. After data analysis, "Destructive pattern of parenting" was extracted as the main theme. This theme includes 6 categories: "Physical and emotional maltreatment of children", "Over strict control", "Lack of parental care", "Instability in dealing with children", "Child-centered treatment" and "Prevention of children's autonomy". The results indicated that the dominant behavioral patterns of parents of these people have been inappropriate and destructive. This shows the link between destructive parenting and BPD in offspring. The results emphasize the role of parental behavioral and interactive patterns in the emergence of BPD traits and highlight the presence of traumatic characteristics in these patients' families.}, keywords = {Borderline personality disorder,Family,parenting,Qualitative content analysis}, title_fa = {انگاره مخرب والدگری در والدین دارای فرزند مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت مرزی: یک مطالعه کیفی}, abstract_fa = {نظریه‌ها و مطالعات تجربی در زمینه تحول اختلال شخصیت مرزی بر این باورند که بسترخانوادگی نامطلوب که یکی از مشخصه‌های اصلی آن والدگری ناکارآمد است، با نشانه‌های اختلال شخصیت مرزی در ارتباط است. تاکنون اغلب مطالعات در این حوزه بر اساس گزارش‌های گذشته‌نگر بیماران مرزی از محیط دوران کودکی خود بوده‌است. با توجه به محدودیت‌های این نوع مطالعات و کمبود پژوهش عمیق در مورد محیط خانوادگی این افراد، پژوهش حاضر به منظور کشف و توصیف والدگری در خانواده‌های دارای فرزند مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت مرزی انجام شد. این مطالعه به روش کیفی تحلیل محتوی و با به‌کارگیری مصاحبه‌های عمیق بدون ساختار از 15 نفر از اعضای خانواده‌های دارای فرزند مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت مرزی انجام شد. گفتگوهای ضبط‌شده حاصل از مصاحبه به صورت کلمه به کلمه پیاده‌سازی شد و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. بعد از تحلیل داده‌ها، "انگاره مخرب والدگری" به عنوان درون‌مایه اصلی استخراج گردید. این درون‌مایه 6 طبقه "سوء‌رفتار جسمانی و عاطفی نسبت به فرزندان"، "رصد سختگیرانه"، "کمبود حمایت والدینی"، "بی‌ثباتی در برخورد با فرزندان"، "فرزند-‌محوری" و"ممانعت از خودمختاری فرزندان" را شامل می‌شود. با توجه به نتایج به نظر می‌رسد الگوهای رفتاری غالب والدین این افراد نامناسب و مخرب بوده است که نشان‌دهنده پیوند بین والدگری مخرب والدین با اختلال شخصیت مرزی در فرزند است. نتایج این مطالعه، از یک سو نقش الگوهای رفتاری و تعاملی والدین در پدیدآیی رگه‌های اختلال شخصیت مرزی را مورد تأکید قرار می‌دهد و از سوی دیگر با توجه به جمعیت مورد مطالعه، مشخصه‌های آسیب‌زا در خانواده‌های ایرانی را برجسته می‌سازد.}, keywords_fa = {اختلال شخصیت مرزی,تحلیل محتوی کیفی,خانواده,والدگری}, url = {https://www.ijfpjournal.ir/article_249299.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijfpjournal.ir/article_249299_44cab3c5fb7688e7750e8d19bd8013fc.pdf} }
